I heard there is a new owner and they are doing a “Furnace Service” special so I called them to schedule. Scheduling was easy. The tech showed up as scheduled. Travis was professional, friendly and very thorough. I appreciate learning and Travis was helpful & knowledgeable to show me some basics to keep an eye on and explained to me why regular service was so important. My furnace was also acting a little funny before he came & since the service it’s working like new again! (Dirty fuel sensor). I highly recommend Rudy’s and will be using this service as needed in the future. Great value and service!

Jason is wonderful!

Had my annual HVAC tuneup done by Alex last week and couldn't be happier. He was thorough, friendly, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Five stars all the way!

Travis was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. I've been using this company for years and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!

Raji personally followed up after the job to make sure everything was still running properly. That kind of customer care is rare these days truly outstanding service.

Rudy’s tech Bart did an excellent job on our furnace inspection/cleaning. Very professional yet personable in explanations and discussions. Rudy’s has also installed our water heater and done different plumbing jobs for us highly recommend their services

Fair pricing with no hidden charges.

Very thorough and professional.

I worked with Darren on a broken water pipe (emergency request). Although pricy, the job was completed slightly under the quoted price and was completed with parts of higher quality than my home previously had. Very knowledge and pleasant to work with. Will definitely save this contact for future issues.

I have a condo in upper Kingsbury with a malfunctioning Fireplace insert. No one seemed interested in helping until I called Rudy's shop - where I was well treated by caring and capable people. They are fantastic !! even though they only service in California, I received professional advise, support and the parts needed to get my fireplace incert up and running like new. Thank you - well done - for sure my go to place.

The technician from Rudy’s (Jose) has been out to my rental home twice. I’ve been very happy with the service. Especially helpful is the ability to book service online and the prompt response from the company. Both times we’ve had a clogged main line, Rudy’s has responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours. Thank you so much!

Travis was very professional and informative about heating and insulation issues in tahoe. Cleaned furnace and primary roof vent to increase circulation flow in house. VERY GOOD JOB, many thanks. 5 Stars.

Rudy's installed a water pump to increase the water pressure on the upper levels of our home. They also installed copper piping upon 4 decks from the ground to the roof deck so we can fill our jacuzzi. Very professional and did a great job, even though it took much longer than anticipated. Highly Recommend Rudy's Plumbing and will call them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Rudy's provided excellent service for our furnace that was not putting out any heat. They came same day and determined the issue. The Rep needed to order a part, which came in early the next day and he came to replace it early in the morning which resolved the issue. Thanks so much for the quick, great service!

So helpful for my plumbing issue at my cabin. Office staff was nice and answered my questions and next day I had a plumber out, super helpful for my leaks. Thanks rudys

As with any service industry, Rudy's is always busy. But if they say they will be there, they will. They have helped me with many plumbing and gas fire place issues. I give them 5 stars because they deserve them!

My wife and I needed to replace our 30 y/o furnace in our house at South Lake Tahoe. We reached out to several hvac companies in the area with mixed results. Some responded that it would be several weeks to a month before they could help us. One seemed really expensive when you google the average cost of a system based on square footage. Rudy’s Plumbing, Heating & Fireplaces came out, gave us a reasonable bid and said they could start work in a week. We decided to accept their bid and were pleased with their work in a timely manner. In 3 days they removed all old duct piping from under our house and replace it with new insulated ducting, a new forced air furnace with Wi-Fi controls allowing us to adjust the temp from anyplace with Wi-Fi capabilities. I give them an A++.

Leaking water shut off. Repaired within 45mins. Easy day, fast, and friendly!!!

High quality workmanship and dependable results.

Highly recommended plumber for honest and professional service.

Rudy's sent two technicians out today for a propane heater tune up. They did a great job and fixed two small problems with the unit while they were there. I highly recommend their service!

Travis arrived within the time window provided and did a thorough annual service on our furnace. He was very professional and courteous and made sure that we understood what he did, including a CO analysis.

Rudy’s sends friendly, efficient people who do their jobs well. They may take a while to get you on the schedule right now, but only because they’re super busy. I’ve been very happy with the two things they’ve done at my house.

Rudy's replaced both my furnace and hot water heater in the same day. Did a great job! Jose really knows what he's doing.

I called for service and got an appointment right away. Jose came over to replace a pipe under my sink, the work was excellent and it didn’t take long at all. Very nice and professional.

Excellent experience. Travis was our technician. He’s friendly and professional. He took time to thoroughly check out our heater. When the time comes we will be purchasing from Rudy’s

Travis, from Rudy's Plumbing and Heating, serviced our heater today. Travis was neatly dressed, friendly and courteous. He applied shoe covers before entering our home and brought his own vacuum cleaner with him. He quickly got to work, after protecting our flooring within the workspace. Travis kept us informed as to his procedure and findings and gave us an evaluation when he was finished - our heater is in good working order. And he cleaned up after himself before leaving. We were very pleased and satisfied with Travis and would not hesitate to recommend Travis or Rudy's Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of their services in the future.
