I heard there is a new owner and they are doing a “Furnace Service” special so I called them to schedule. Scheduling was easy. The tech showed up as scheduled. Travis was professional, friendly and very thorough. I appreciate learning and Travis was helpful & knowledgeable to show me some basics to keep an eye on and explained to me why regular service was so important. My furnace was also acting a little funny before he came & since the service it’s working like new again! (Dirty fuel sensor). I highly recommend Rudy’s and will be using this service as needed in the future. Great value and service!

Jason is wonderful!

Had my annual HVAC tuneup done by Alex last week and couldn't be happier. He was thorough, friendly, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Five stars all the way!

Fair pricing with no hidden charges.

Very thorough and professional.

I worked with Darren on a broken water pipe (emergency request). Although pricy, the job was completed slightly under the quoted price and was completed with parts of higher quality than my home previously had. Very knowledge and pleasant to work with. Will definitely save this contact for future issues.

Great service. Helpful staff. I will definitely be a return customer.

Travis was a great tech. He was on time, showed me everything he was doing and explained it so I could understand. Did a great job cleaning the furnace, and came back immediately the next morning to repair a loose wire issue. Prompt and friendly, I highly recommend.

Nice people and quick service!

Anthony showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything working before I even finished my morning coffee. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust, this is the one

I have a condo in upper Kingsbury with a malfunctioning Fireplace insert. No one seemed interested in helping until I called Rudy's shop - where I was well treated by caring and capable people. They are fantastic !! even though they only service in California, I received professional advise, support and the parts needed to get my fireplace incert up and running like new. Thank you - well done - for sure my go to place.

Rudy's installed a water pump to increase the water pressure on the upper levels of our home. They also installed copper piping upon 4 decks from the ground to the roof deck so we can fill our jacuzzi. Very professional and did a great job, even though it took much longer than anticipated. Highly Recommend Rudy's Plumbing and will call them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Rudy's provided excellent service for our furnace that was not putting out any heat. They came same day and determined the issue. The Rep needed to order a part, which came in early the next day and he came to replace it early in the morning which resolved the issue. Thanks so much for the quick, great service!

So helpful for my plumbing issue at my cabin. Office staff was nice and answered my questions and next day I had a plumber out, super helpful for my leaks. Thanks rudys

As with any service industry, Rudy's is always busy. But if they say they will be there, they will. They have helped me with many plumbing and gas fire place issues. I give them 5 stars because they deserve them!

My wife and I needed to replace our 30 y/o furnace in our house at South Lake Tahoe. We reached out to several hvac companies in the area with mixed results. Some responded that it would be several weeks to a month before they could help us. One seemed really expensive when you google the average cost of a system based on square footage. Rudy’s Plumbing, Heating & Fireplaces came out, gave us a reasonable bid and said they could start work in a week. We decided to accept their bid and were pleased with their work in a timely manner. In 3 days they removed all old duct piping from under our house and replace it with new insulated ducting, a new forced air furnace with Wi-Fi controls allowing us to adjust the temp from anyplace with Wi-Fi capabilities. I give them an A++.

Leaking water shut off. Repaired within 45mins. Easy day, fast, and friendly!!!

High quality workmanship and dependable results.

Highly recommended plumber for honest and professional service.

Rudy's sent two technicians out today for a propane heater tune up. They did a great job and fixed two small problems with the unit while they were there. I highly recommend their service!

Travis arrived within the time window provided and did a thorough annual service on our furnace. He was very professional and courteous and made sure that we understood what he did, including a CO analysis.

Clean work and respectful of the property.

My furnace stopped working on a cold night and Tony had someone out first thing in the morning. Quick diagnosis, fair price, and heat was back on before noon. Thank you!

Rudy’s sends friendly, efficient people who do their jobs well. They may take a while to get you on the schedule right now, but only because they’re super busy. I’ve been very happy with the two things they’ve done at my house.

Rudy's replaced both my furnace and hot water heater in the same day. Did a great job! Jose really knows what he's doing.

I called for service and got an appointment right away. Jose came over to replace a pipe under my sink, the work was excellent and it didn’t take long at all. Very nice and professional.

My gas fireplace stopped working so we called Rudy’s for help. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional at every interaction. They were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. Daniel arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose the problem and double check everything to make sure no issues were missed. Excellent experience. Travis was our technician. He’s friendly and professional. He took time to thoroughly check out our heater. When the time comes we will be purchasing from Rudy’s

Travis, from Rudy's Plumbing and Heating, serviced our heater today. Travis was neatly dressed, friendly and courteous. He applied shoe covers before entering our home and brought his own vacuum cleaner with him. He quickly got to work, after protecting our flooring within the workspace. Travis kept us informed as to his procedure and findings and gave us an evaluation when he was finished - our heater is in good working order. And he cleaned up after himself before leaving. We were very pleased and satisfied with Travis and would not hesitate to recommend Travis or Rudy's Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of their services in the future.

Had a great experience with Travis from Rudy's Plumbing and Heating. He diagnosed a furnace noise and walked me through exactly what he found. Knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Would absolutely call them again!
