Keith has been involved with Plumbing & Heating since the early days working with his Dad in South Pasadena. He moved to Tahoe in 1988 and worked for a few other outfits before opening his own, as Aspen Plumbing & Heating. Knowing Keith as a reputable and highly knowledgeable Technician, Rudy Vogel approached him in 2000 to purchase the business. Providing quality work and friendly service for Tahoe since 1965, Rudy wanted to make sure that his good name was carried on with pride. Keith has also become the Heating Commissioner for South Lake Tahoe (they ask him if a proposed Code amendment is a 'good idea') and divides his time between Rudy's, his family, amazing BBQ's, car projects and the Strawberry Music Festival.

Linda managed the accounting for Heavenly before taking on the accounting for Aspen Plumbing and finally stepping up to Rudy's. Linda is an endless bundle of energy, juggling books and accounts for Rudy's, two children, and volunteering for goodwill groups like Meals on Wheels.

Rick joined Rudy’s team after 3 years of managing vacation rentals (about 250 of them…) in the South Shore area – after which he proclaimed ‘Now, I’ve seen it all’. He thought he’d actually seen it all during his years in San Francisco where he managed two health clubs in the Financial District and played in rock bands to pass the time. As he also spent a large amount of his ‘free’ time in the mountains fly fishing, the move to Tahoe was a logical one. And the commute to see his sweetheart (now wife) was much more pleasant than the drive from SF too. Now he spends his free time trying to see the rest of it all…

The most recent addition to the Rudy's family, Sity says her parents brought her up to Tahoe 'kicking & screaming' as a teenager in 1983. Within a few years, she couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Aside from detailing cars, her work mostly involved hotel management in the past. She is happily married and the mother of 2 rambunctious boys. She has very little free time but tries to spend a lot of it in Disneyland.
